Xtreme Spirit was founded in 2019 with one goal in mind—to build a cheerleading program rooted in purpose, passion, and personal connection. Located close to The Woodlands, Texas, we chose this community not just as a place to train athletes, but as a home where young cheerleaders could grow, thrive, and feel like family.

Our gym may be smaller in size, but that’s exactly what makes us different. We pride ourselves on offering a more personal, hands-on coaching experience where every athlete is known, valued, and pushed to reach their full potential. At Xtreme Spirit, you’re never just a number—you’re part of something special.

Our owners bring decades of experience in the cheerleading industry—long enough to now be coaching the next generation of coaches. That’s right—most of our current staff grew up being coached by the very leaders who built Xtreme Spirit from the ground up. That full-circle legacy of mentorship, loyalty, and leadership is what makes our program so unique.

Since opening, we’ve earned a reputation for excellence—not just for what we achieve on the competition floor, but for the values we instill along the way. Our core beliefs in commitment, confidence, community, and growth shine through in everything we do.
